Shreddy NZ is excited to bring 'Pilates by the Lake' to you this summer! Join us to activate, strengthen, lengthen, and balance your muscles, whether you're into wakeboarding, skiing, golfing, walking, or simply enjoying the sun by the lake, pilates is for everyone! Our focus is on deep core muscles, improved posture, balanced bodies, and coordination. Led by Morgan, a trained STOTT Pilates instructor. No prior experience is necessary, just bring your mat (or 2 towels to lay on) and join us down at the lake. Please show up 10 minutes before we start.
